The culture of Asian Games and the spirit of sports complement each other and go hand in hand. “Heart to heart, love leads to the future” is the theme of the Hangzhou Asian Games. To welcome the Asian Games and showcase the glamour of our times; to promote culture and strengthen the physique of our students, the 2nd Sunshine Sports Festival of Hangzhou World Foreign Language School was grandly opened on May 19th.

Under the guidance of the concept of “bringing the world into the school and sending students to the world”, Hangzhou World Foreign Language School adheres to the motto of  “love, elegance, and broad-mindedness”, and persists in the educational philosophy of “participation & practice”. It comprehensively promotes the physical education of students and cultivates their willpower. In this 2nd Sunshine Sports Festival, under the influence of the spirit of the Asian Games, the school carried out warm-up exercises for three major sports, gathered strength, carried emotions, and inspired spirit to achieve dreams.

On the field, the players cooperate seamlessly with exquisite ball control, passing, and shooting. A series of actions flow smoothly, winning cheers and applause from the spectators. Shouts and cheers rise and fall, fully showcasing the brave and optimistic spirit of the young people from our school. At the same time, the audience enjoyed a football feast and felt the charm and power of sports.

比赛现场座无虚席，氛围热烈。比赛伊始，队员迅速投入比赛，个个雄姿英发，在场上你来我往，势均力敌，一轮轮攻守转换，传球、投篮动作潇洒，抢球、断球、防守、进攻，比分交叉上升，跌宕起伏，高潮迭起，扣人心弦。运动员们永不言弃、奋勇拼搏的精神值得歌颂。

The competition venue was packed, with a lively atmosphere. At the beginning of the game, the players quickly immersed themselves in the competition, each displaying their prowess on the court. They went back and forth, with neither side having the upper hand. The ball was passed and shot with ease, while there were steals, defenses, and offenses. The score kept rising in a tumultuous manner, with ups and downs, climax after climax, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. The athletes’ spirit of never giving up and fighting hard is worthy of praise.

在一阵阵欢呼声和加油助威声中，紧张激烈的比赛拉开帷幕。比赛中，参赛选手精神抖擞、信心十足，娴熟的技巧、激烈的扣杀闪烁着无比的光芒。关键时刻，追风的少年身上有着无比的华彩，盯紧羽毛球，挥动球拍，在赛场上不断移动的身影，是不负青春的最美写照。

Amidst cheers and encouragement, the tense and intense competition begins. The participating athletes are full of spirit and confidence, displaying their skillful techniques and fierce smashes with shining brilliance. At the critical moment, the young athletes show their amazing talent, closely tracking the shuttlecock, swinging their rackets, and constantly moving on the court, portraying the most beautiful picture of youth.

  本次阳光体育节通过足球联赛、篮球联赛、羽毛球联赛，世外健儿踊跃参与，真正体会到了亚运精神所蕴含的：高尚的品德、优异的成绩、深邃的思想、优雅的举止、强健的体魄，做亚运东道主，燃起亚运热情，为杭州亚运精神的传播和发扬贡献自己的力量。

The Sunshine Sports Festival features football, basketball, and badminton leagues, attracting numerous athletes to participate and truly experience the spirit of the Asian Games: nobility, excellence, profound thought, elegance, and physical fitness. As the host city of the Asian Games, Hangzhou has ignited the passion of the Asian Games, and contributed to the dissemination and development of the spirit of the Asian Games.
